We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail with at most two days in transit.  Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday.  Typically, we will process orders for shipment within one day or less.  If a longer time is required, we will coordinate with you via email.  Weekend orders (orders placed after noon on Friday) will not be available for shipment until the following Monday at the earliest.  Upon shipment, tracking information is provided via email.
We can ship throughout the United States.  Currently, we DO NOT EXPORT any orders processed through the website.  However, in some cases, it is possible to ship to countries outside of the United States for an added fee.  Please send us an email if interested.

Single item orders are typically placed within an appropriately sized cardboard jewelry box, surrounded by bubble wrap outside of that box, and shipped in a standard rectangular USPS shipping box. Multiple item orders will, in most cases, be shipped together in a single shipping box with each individual item in its own appropriately sized cardboard jewelry box inside as well as bubble wrap as necessary.


We currently charge a fixed flat rate of $10 for shipping and packaging on all orders.


All web orders are processed securely, quickly and easily via Paypal.  Paypal provides multiple payment options even if you don’t have a Paypal account.  From an individual product page, you can select the “PayPal Buy Now” button to go to the Paypal website for account login or guest checkout using a credit card.  Alternatively, from either the “Cart” or “Checkout” page, you can select from “Paypal” (process payment via Paypal account), “PayPal Credit” (process payment via Paypal Credit),  or click on the row of credit card options (process payment via credit card entry as a PayPal guest).  Your payment information is handled via Paypal and never made available to artechaski.com.  In all cases, your transaction is secure on artechaski.com and on Paypal.  No payment is taken unless and until you complete checkout via the “Checkout” page.

We do not collect sales tax – any tax liability is the responsibility of the customer.
